At IOCMP, we know that diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are more than just industry buzzwords; they shape the way we work, connect, and thrive. But let’s be honest: as Chinese-speaking professionals in marketing, advertising, and PR, our voices are often missing from these conversations.

That’s why we’re inviting you to join us at the All In Census Results Event on May 8, 2025. This is the UK’s largest workplace inclusion survey, and its findings have already led to real, industry-wide changes. What is the All In Census?

The All In Census was launched in 2021 by the Advertising Association (AA), IPA, and ISBA, in partnership with Kantar, to give an honest picture of diversity in our industry. The 2023 survey gathered 19,000 responses, leading to an 8-step Action Plan that over 130 companies have already committed to.

This year’s results will shape what happens next. If we want our community to be represented in these decisions, we need to show up.
